About The Valley's Law Firm...
Kapetan and Kapetan was founded in 1995, by former Deputy District Attorneys Peter N. Kapetan and Jon N. Kapetan. With the addition of Marc N. Kapetan in 1996, the partnership of brothers was complete.
The firm quickly became known as one of the Central Valley's most respected law firms, not only for their trustworthiness and honesty, but for their dedication and commitment to fighting for the rights of their clients.
In 2002, the California General Election resulted in one of the firms founders, the Honorable Jon N. Kapetan, being elevated to the bench of the California Superior Court, in Fresno County. We are proud of his accomplishments and thank the People of California for having faith in the character and integrity of our brother.
